We went here for breakfast instead of at the casino where we were stayingIt's cute. Busy too.They do not have enough menus for everyone. We had to wait for a menu! Food was slow to arrive but good. Bacon was ordered for the burrito but was missing. Better places in Parker.Noisy.

My husband and I were travelling through Parker on the way from Lake Havisu to Joshua Tree. We are English and have been brought up on American films and television. We stopped off in Coffee Erns for refresshments and were do surprised to find this amazing diner. It's so lively and friendly and busy. In England we have retro American diners just like this. We had good coffee, Fast, friendly service and huge plate of pancakes and a cinnamon bun. If you are driving through Parker don't miss this gem
