This is a restaurant that appeals to grandparents down to grandchildren. We visited for breakfast with two kids, parents, and two grandparents who are locals. The atmosphere is 50s, think of a soda shop. I had the sausage breakfast that came with a huge bowl of grits. I subbed the toast for a biscuit. My youngest had pancakes and she was quiet and ate them up. My older child wanted chicken tenders and fries. Since they serve the entire menu all day, this was no problem! Everyone was happy! I would recommend Stuffy's. The service was also excellent!

The full name is actually the Thomas Drive Waffle and Omelet House. Not to be confused with the Waffle House chain with the big yellow signs. This family run restaurant is on my short list of best breakfast restaurants. It looks a little seedy on the outs
Like many places I visit, I often feel guilty about posting a bad review not knowing what the circumstances were. Maybe you were short handed. Maybe you were in the weeds because somebody called in sick. Maybe you just had a bad day! I ventured to this cash only establishment with orders from 4 hungry and slightly hung over adults. What I got was a glass of water a long wait and a walk home with no food. I seated myself at the bar since I was solo and actually thought it might help speed things along. I really wasn't in a hurry but what happened then made me realized breakfast wasn't happening any time today. My first indication that something wasn't right was when I noticed a full restaurant with TWO cooks standing over flat top grills with not a single item cooking. What in the world? That can't be right? Then the banter started. Orders started flying in and I realized I was at least 24 plates from getting a hash brown anything.Plenty of people working behind the counter, (some of them fighting amongst themselves) and after a good 15 minutes, I faced the music and took the long walk home without ever having a chance to even place my order. Maybe you just had a bad day Omelete/Waffle knock off house, maybe you just had a bad day.

Went to this Waffle House while evacuating from Irma. Sunday evening we were just about the only people there and the food was fast and service was great. Monday morning/mid-day the place was super busy and the service was not as spectacular. Food was the same on both occasions.

It was evident the day we were there that this restaurant is frequented by locals. We had a good breakfast, although nothing special. Good prices and good service.

The sign says St Andrews Slice House. Not sure where Bricks and Barleyâs comes from. Great salad. Small but amazing wine list. Yummy drafts including cider. Pizza is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PIZZA EVER! The only problem is which pizza to eat. Do not pass up this little gem.
