It's great to have good, reliable, and consistent local restaurants to frequent. Breakfast here is always good, no exceptions. The corned beef hash is outstanding and a must have. Eggs and pancakes are cooked properly, as are the home fries and home baked muffins. The wait staff is attentive and the restaurant is well kept and clean. This is a local gem, a nice treat!

The laurel diner never fails to please for breakfast. Whether you go in for just a plain bacon, eggs, home fries and toast, or want to try their cinnamon French toast, everything is cooked just right. The ambiance is typical old time diner with prices to match. Everyone is friendly. Great place for breakfast and has good lunch sandwiches too.

Woodbury Diner has been in business since 2009 solely owned by Jimmy Rakiposki . It is a place for friends and families to come together and enjoy a variety of great meal choices. Breakfast is served all day, so why not come and get pancakes for dinner. E
The Woodbury Diner sits back off Route 6 in the north end of town (look for the orange Northwood Village sign and turn in there). It's a great place for good food and great value, with daily specials, classic diner breakfasts all day, and a huge menu. The wait staff are terrific, and it's just a great place to feel right at home.

When you think about a cozy, welcoming diner with killer baked goods, this is it. Whenever we visit this area we make tracks to Dottieâs. Their cake donuts are absolutely the best, waitstaff are unfailingly polite/ efficient and wonderful specials. Today Iâm having the blueberry/ lemon ricotta pancakes which are fab. Come and enjoy this wonderful place!
Where to eat American food in Middlebury: The Best Restaurants and Bars
First time visit. This is really a country diner when you walk in with small tables. They do have some outside seating under umbrellas but too hot for that. Food was good, Turkey BLT was very good. Lentil Soup was excellent. Tuna Salad sandwich was mushy and had little taste. Potato salad had way too much mayo and again, little taste. They need to use some spices or at least salt and pepper.Service was good but slow and we arrived about 1:30 p.m. They only serve breakfast and lunch. We would try them again.

There was plenty of parking in front of, and around the building. This morning, the restaurant was filled with Christmas atmosphere. There was a well decorated holiday tree in the entryway on the left. On the right, there were several paintings for sale. It was drizzling, and the temperature was around 40 or so. But, Maples was filled with happy customers, exciting conversations, and delightfully warm decorations. We were seated quickly in a large comfortable booth, and our server, Christina, came right over to get us started with coffees. She was very pleasant and she wore a necklace of Christmas lights making good use of the season.Kielbasa ânâ Eggs for me. Eggs over easy, home fries, and rye toast. Hot coffee, and an extra napkin or two for my mustache. The food was very good, and large portions were served. It's not our first time here, and I do plan to return for various occasions. I rate this restaurant five stars, and I recommend it to all my friends and family.Oh, did I mention that the drizzle ended, and it was a sunny day all day?Merry Christmas everyone.
