This was a fantastic stop on our long drive thru the south. The sandwiches were all wonderful, and the waitress/owner couldn't stop refilling our sweet tea. We are a family of four, with two teenagers from the north, and they are still talking about how good the food was, and how nice the people were!!

I had heard about the Tipplet-Day beignets and they are the best I have ever had. You can't get better beignets anywhere including New Orleans. They are hot out of the fryer and very fluffy and moist. To go along with the beignets they also have good coffee. Don't stop at the beignets they also serve breakfast and lunch. Great sandwiches and lunch specials as well

Dinner fare includes such items as fried chicken and hamburger steaks. Both with salad, mashed potatoes and gravy. Real stick to your ribs food. It was good and relatively quick service. They are open for breakfast and lunch too. A good option for an inexpensive meal. Located just off the Island View Casino near the skyway to the nonsmoking side. There are 3 restaurants together here and although they are on the smoking side of the resort, there is no smoking in this area.

Enjoyed breakfast, didn't have to wait. Every item ordered arrived hot and at the same time. Reasonably quiet environment with the cooks paying attention and taking care of business. Thanks!!

This is your typical greasy spoon adjacent to a convenience store, found everywhere in the South. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival, however, with only ONE waitress it took a few minutes to get our coffee...which was excellent, btw!! Initially, I found the menu prices a lil high for breakfast, but it became clear once our food was quickly dropped at the table. The portions are ENORMOUS and I took half my omelet home for the next day. The western omelet was covered in sauteed vegetables and bacon while the inside was full of melted cheese,it was delicious!! My Mom's 2-egg breakfast was equally substantial, however, we both commented on the paper-thin rye toast. We made note of the daily, blueplate lunch specials and vowed to return for those one day.

We talked ourselves out of burgers or fast chicken. I ordered the new steak bowl. Meat cheese and hash browns stirred in a bowl is taster than you think. Friend had scrambled eggs bacon ham and hash browns. He took the ham to go. Donât over look Waffle House, you can get a tasty meal at any time. Weâll be back!
