The omelets are the best in Red Bank (or Little Silver). In-Between have fantastic omelets; Edie's are better. Service is great, it's often very busy, so you may have a 10 minute wait for breakfast but it's worth it. And great value for money - not at all expensive. A staple for breakfast.

Met a friend for a late breakfast/early lunch. We were seated promptly, despite the very crowded restaurant. Service was immediate and friendly and attentive. Once we placed our order, our meals arrived in no time. Heaping plates - Greek salad and chicken gyro. Quite generous portions and everything looked amazing. The chicken gyro was delicious and served with a side salad and fried zucchini sticks. Menu is quite extensive - so many wonderful things to try. Fast, friendly and tasty...what more could you ask for in a diner!?

Recently stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday with friends. It took about 10 minutes to get a table and boy was it worth the short wait. The diner is clean and looks newly refurbished or decorated, not sure if thatâs true or if itâs just well maintained. The staff is friendly and prompt and even offered up what they thought were the diners best dishes.I ordered the Disco eggs and fries and thought it was fantastic. We did not have to wait very long after ordering and the food was hot and delicious, all at a reasonable price.
