My husband and I met here for lunch. Portions were ample, prices a little more than I expected, but reasonable. The food was good and the menu accommodated my husband's southern cooking preferences in a still healthy option. They accommodated special request modifications graciously to my husband's South Cobb salad. I was skeptical of how easily I would find something... healthy, pescatarian (vegetarian, fish only) choices. The fish tacos were pretty good... the fried green tomatoes were far from impressive.South Cobb Diner didn't jump to the top of favorite restaurants list, but we would consider going again.

Very friendly waitresses. We were on the Stranger Things tour and this is where some of the shots were filmed. We had the lunch special which was chicken tenders. They were good. But what was really good was their fried pickles. Iâm glad you enjoyed your meal... thank you for the good review.

Clean. Loved the southern charm of the server (Bernice). This was a great typical Waffle House breakfast. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the grits were outstanding. This is a very fast and efficient restaurant but the server did not mind if we wanted to linger. She kept the coffee hot.

We usually visit the Diner on Sunday afternoons after church. Their food is great. Great fried chicken !!!! Good variety of other entrees and vegetables. Restaurant kept clean. Most of the employees are very friendly and attentive. We are there usually at their busiest times so occasionally they run out certain foods.
