We came, we tried and we won't be back. The place was dirty, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in a while. My wife ordered the small KD breakfast and I got Hungry Man's Breakfast. The food was bland and cold. Had our server (Shadow) checked on us we would have sent it back to be refired. We had to ask another server to top drinks off.Other diners raved about this place, we must have caught them on a bad day. Our experience was bad enough to not go back.

Locate right off I-10 in North Lake Charles, excellent place to eat 24hrs a day. Really great food and service. If passing through our town, make it a must stop for some wholesome home cooking. Fast and good.

had breakfast at Cotten's Downtown while in Lake Charles. A great old time diner(reminds me of the late 50's), not fancy. but the food and service are great. I do believe I had the best waffles ever. Coffee was hot and plenty to drink, staff very friendly. Priced just right. If you are in Laker Charles take the time to go downtown and eat at Cotton's
