It is the hometown of U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and Norman Bulaich.

It is a Waffle House but Arlene made it a good experience. Keep it up girl. It is co vie fly located east off and on. Efficient cooks and staff greet you as you wlk in.

Denny's has always been a stop for breakfast on a road trip. However, this particular Denny's deserves high praise indeed. On a recent business trip, we visited twice for dinner as it was the closest restaurant to our hotel. The food (breakfast) was excellent and the service top notch. We received a really friendly welcome, and on our second visit, Michelle our waitress had glasses of water as we sat down and coffee pot in hand as she remembered our preferences from the earlier visit in the week. I have to say that is Denny's the staff and especially our waitress Michelle gave us the best Denny's experience we have ever had.

Food is good, buffet is great. The building is wore out but the place is clean. The buffet is great for lunch and weekends. Carry out of chicken strip meals is great for those baseball night and fishing on the bay.
