Taverna Meltemi is the place you'd never want to leave. Location is absolutely stunning, service is kind and fast. Food is outstanding and very delicisious. Absolutely gorgeous experience for any food lover with charming atmosphere and amazing views. Would recommend at any time of day - every day of the week :)

What a great experience! The trahana ( frumenty) soup was good, in my opinion it would be better if it was more salty, but the sandwich was exquisite. Made of fresh ingredients, fried egg, rocket, cold ham, melted mozzarella cheese and last but not least the traditional pita bread of Kavala. Filter coffe was very good actually. Tue staff was very friendly. The location is close to Kapnergatis square and the design is also nice. It was a little cold inside, but ok. We will be definitely back.Thank you so much <3

A nice small cafe right on the Eastern sod of the central square of Kavala. It serves a variety of coffee and beverages. The design is great. You can seat in or take away. Filter coffee is machine made. There is an outdoors smoking area and an indoors smoke free environment.
