While in Franklin, I search Trip Advisor for a good lunch spot and Ms Lois' was top rated. I can see why.I ordered the country fried steak and don't think I've ever had better. The service was prompt, the prices were reasonable and the sides were amazing. My only regret, I didn't have room for dessert.Highly recommended!

Don't judge a book by its cover! The place doesn't look like much from outside but what a great find. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is great and reasonably priced. As everyone else has said, the pancakes (especially banana) are to die for!

I stopped here while in town one morning for breakfast. Reasonable prices but was very noise with many local people. Furniture is old, service ok...
