My wife and I went there the other day to use their anniversary coupon which offered a second meal for 46 cents!! Yes, 46 cents. We both ordered the two eggs, pork roll, potatoes and toast platter. Everything was prepared perfectly and the service was excellent! It's worth going back to, even without the coupon

JB'S (Retro 60âs) Diner 1320 NJ-33, 33/34 Junction, Farmingdale, NJ 07727.Technically on Rte 33/'right-at' The 33/ 34/ Tinton Falls Road / Oran Rd. Junction.âJust-Up-Fromâ The 547-Asbury Rd/ 34/ 33 / âWyckoff Rdâ / Brielle / (Exxon) Traffic Circle. And ⦠not "too-tooâ far from The Jersey Shore ââgreaterâ areas of Asbury Park/ Ocean Grove/ Avon-By-The-Sea/ Belmar/ Neptune/ Lake Como/ Spring Lake general locations. I was treated there by friends who told me that this is JBâs ânewâ âRE-location Spotâ since âTHE Fireâ destroyed the original one that used to be on the extreme west end of 537-Monmouth Rd/ 524 Elton Adelphia Rd. in Freehold township?!What an unexpectedly enjoyable surprise of tasty treat-of-eats. "WoW"! After being âgreetedâ by the Statue of Elvis at the inside front-entrance, we were all taken back-in-time to the 1960âs in this 1960âs Retro-Diner with pictures of the 1960âs era and many pictures of 1960âs vintage cars, just like the "REAL" one âon-displayâ outside the diner in their parking lot. Now talk about their âeatsâ â¦. Like I said, WoW, what an unexpectedly enjoyable surprise of tasty treat-of-eats. The huge selection of choices could keep you there for days-on-end trying to decide what you want, LOL> and, it looked like the friendly courteous efficient Table Servers would need a forklift to bring the humongous portion of what you chose. Holy Molly '60âs portions' that I mostly all brought home and it all lasted me for three-more honorable meals âdown-the-roadââ¦. And THAT is AFTER I stuffed my belly with a huge amount that went into my gut while I was there. I wanted to rush to pay the bill and run-away when I saw how reasonable the Bill was for all that food. My gosh, I thought the Table Server made a mistake. A very-very generous Tip was well, well, worth it for the gracious, elegant, friendly, courteous & efficient service that was received by all of us. IF you ever find yourself in this neck of the woods, you owe it to yourself to see if this atmosphere is your taste â¦. It was for me, and for all of us⦠WoW! Gottah make arrangements to go back the next Jersey Shore Visitâ¦.To Be âSHOREâ LOL!

Do Not Let The Exterior Fool You, it looks pretty bad on the inside also.... butThe food was fabulous, really. I had second thoughts but I just love diners and helping the locals. I sat at the counter and the waitress was a bit gruff at first "Would you like a menu?" Nah, just give me what ever you want... just kidding. I ordered the chicken salad club as I had read a local review that it was homemade and good. The waitress said, "OK, that comes with fries, would you like the homemade fries or those frozen kind?"Love it. Her and the owner then both kind of gave me a hard time because the sandwich was so BIG I didn't know how to start it. Very good and glad I came.

A nice diner/deli with a large menu. Had a big breakfast. The bagel was very fresh and huge. I would like to try it again if I ever find myself in the area and explore the rest of the menu
