Family dining or takeout service. Breakfast served all day. Comfortable seating and quick service. Lunch serve at 11:00 AM.
I have heard so much about how great the food is here, so I finally went for breakfast and was incredibly disappointed. The food came quickly, but was not great. The bacon was cooked poorly, the sausage tasted frozen, definitely not fresh or maybe just cooked poorly, and the omelette was somehow overcooked. The servers were not very friendly, definitely not what I'm used to in Essex restaurants.

Just finished a delightful breakfast here. Was packed and had a wait, so we ate at the counter and glad we did. We had a super friendly waitress, and our breakfast was delicious with generous portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Very updated and clean restroom. This spot does not look attractive from the outside, it is an authentic diner car structure with the original signage. Best breakfast we've had on vacation here, so highly recommend if you are in the area.
Needed a place for breakfast last week and took a chance here. Clean, bright, nicely decorated with antiques, and appeared to be a place frequented by locals. Near the train and bus station. The two of us had a couple eggs apiece that came with toast, and coffee/tea. Decent service. The bill with tip came to about $10.

Established in 1925 and still serving home cooked food. Take a step back in time with the retro atmosphere and service. A unique slice of Americana. Service with style; full coarse meals, Greek entrees available: gyros, spanakopita, Greek salads. Deliciou
Love diners for breakfast and his place is a classic. Opened in 1925, idyllic location and great menu. The only problem is that the food did not live up to the potential! Eggs Benedict were bland and cool, as were the accompanying hash browns. Wifeâs food was the same. On the upside service was great and itâs still worth a stop for the atmosphere alone - but I still wish the food lived up to the expectations!
