We went here for our 12th anniversary. Very disappointed in the meal. Everything was so very very greasy i couldn't eat it. Girl at cash out asked if everything was good, so i told her no, and explained. She never said or did anything, what a sad meal Paid 60.00 for a greasy crappy meal/ Will never return.

Started with a very good cup of Maryland Crab Soup after which I had the stuffed chicken breast with a side of peas...great like-home-cooked taste and just the right amount of food! Satisfying w/o leftover take-home at a very affordable price! The four of us were well pleased with our orders! I had a large decanter of fine coffee I couldn't finish! My wife and I ate for twenty five dollars including a five dollar tip!

Near the Cloister historic site in Ephrata is the Cloister Restaurant, an Amish-owned cafe whose breakfasts are memorable...sausage, fresh eggs, warmed stickey buns to die for and local specialities like feathery biscuits with sausage gravy. The cooks are Amish and you'll see them through the swinging kitchen doors .
