Originally known as "Dansbury," East Stroudsburg was renamed for geographic reasons when the Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western Railroad opened a station in town. It lies east of Stroudsburg and is somewhat more populous than that town. East Stroudsburg is the largest municipality in the East Stroudsburg, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area as designated by the Office of Management and Budget based on data from the 2010 US Census.

We love the Caribbean flare that they blend into their "diner" atmosphere. We are gourmets and you can believe our taste. Absolutely delicious! Best cup of coffee, so watch out Dunkin! Friendly and very clean. If you're bored with the basic bacon and eggs, try this place for a new twist that will surely wake you up with a smile. Breakfast burger and Farmer's bowl is outstanding. Not hot spicey, but highly flavorful. OMG the chicken quesadilla is freakin' amazing!

Came here based on Trip Advisor reviews. We were greeted like old regulars and seated promptly. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food choices are more than ample and we were very pleased with our dinner. I would have given it five stars had the green beans been fresh rather than canned. We would recommend this diner to anyone.

We were trying to figure out a place for breakfast. Siri had this one on her list and just as I went to say where is that, we were right next to it. Perfect timing. I'm not going to say it was the best breakfast food I've ever had but it was still pretty good. The prices are great and the service is even better. My daughter had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with home fries (huge serving) and I had the Eggs Benedict that came with home fries. I really enjoyed the potatoes with Frank's hot sauce the best. I definitely wasn't unhappy with breakfast and if we are in the area again, I would go back.

Outstanding breakfast food experience. We arrived at 1130 AM and ordered breakfast. I'm gluten-free and had the Southwest Omelette substituted Swiss Cheese for the Pepperjack and home fries ($8.49) and coffee ($1.89). My husband ordered the Breakfast Combo: 2 pancakes, 2 slices of bacon, hashbrowns, and 2 eggs over medium ($7.99) and a glass of water. He said the pancakes were very good. My omelette was HUGE and stuffed with sausage, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, cheese, and melted cheese on top. It was so big I ate a 1/3 and took the remaining home along with 1/2 the potatoes. I had 2 more meals on that! Our total bill with tax was $19.47. Debbie O was our consummate server. She brewed a new pot of decaf coffee for me and came frequently to top it off. She filled the water glasses without us having to ask and brought whatever we requested lickety-split! Superb service, great food, patriotic decor. This is a must stop whenever in Bushkill or East Stroudsburg, PA. Plenty of parking for our big truck (F350 dually) too.

Our waitress was super happy. Food was good. We got the chocolate waffle and it was really dry. At least they offer REAL strawberries and the syrupy in a jar kind. My little one likes REAL strawberries. Coffee is acceptable. Bacon was amazing. It's disappointing that your chocolate waffles came out dry and I'm sorry about that. Live in the area and been by several times. Decided to stop for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. My wife had the omelette special and I had the eggs benedict. Both were very good and large portions. Homes fries took up half the plate and were very tasty. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.
