First of all, Georgia Diner moved last Spring to the Nevada Diner site, 80-26 Queens Boulevard@51st Avenue. Met a friend there for an early dinner, so the place was mostly empty; by the time we left around 7 pm, it was almost full. The staff was very pleasant ad attentive, frequenly coming around to refill water glasses (and later coffee cups). Food was good - I had the moussaka, which was made with potatoes as well eggplant, my friend had the tilapia with vegetables and rice, which she enjoyed. portions were large and came with a salad or soup, and something I hadnât seen in years, a triple serving dish of cole slaw, pickled beets and three bean salad. Unfortunately we had no room for dessert, but next time weâll leave room! Because the ratings segment below was not respondÃng on my tablet: Service 5; Food 4; Value 5.
Ordered once with a group of coworkers (about 10 of us). This place came highly recommend by one of my coworkers. We ordered take out. I wasnât super hungry so i just ordered a Cuban sandwich. My coworkers all ordered various entrees. By the time we finally got back to work, and I was able to eat the Cuban-it was soggy. Also, I thought the pork in my sandwich was too fatty. Most of my coworkers enjoyed their food, but whoever ordered anything with pork on it complained it was too fatty and/or oily. I also tried some plantains one of my coworkers ordered. I thought they were super dry and kind of flavorless.I may give them another shot if the opportunity presents itself, but by no means ever going out of my way again to order from here.

Great diners serving up all different varieties of food whether you like breakfasts, snacks, yummy desserts to hot comfort food entrees are rare these days. People don't really sit around, converse over hot brewed coffee and just ease away from the stresses of the world anymore. They want food right away, fast and easy, not really taking the time to taste and enjoy. That's why Jax is so good. Their coffee is brewed well, actually taste a good cup of joe. Burger deluxes brings back nostalgic memories of youth and desserts like ice cream sundaes or shakes so tasty. Well it's too cold right now to eat ice cteam although I see people do anyway. Service is always warm and lunch yet friendly with generous portions. Happy Eating and I'll see you around the tables although I like their booths here more!

Came here for breakfast after my fiance told me how good it is. I absolutely loved it! It had a real "diner" feel to it, and the waitress was fantastic. She even carried our plates old school, on her arm, instead of on a carrier. The food was really good, and it was great to get home fries without peppers, a rarity it seems in New York. Very pleased with this place, and will return again.

This great little place was just down the block from my hotel, and Iâm so glad it was. Super friendly staff, from our server to the manager and cook/chef. The dinner portions were huge! If you order a dinner, be prepared to eat a ton of food, the meals themselves were large, but add the breads, the salads and pasta, and your got an idea of the amount you are served. The menu is both old school diner with burgers, sandwiches, and breakfasts, as well as fajitas, paninis, souvlakia, pasta and a whole variety of other options. I loved this little place. If I lived in Queens, this would be a regular haunt for me

My husband and I had dinner at this diner two nights ago. We both liked their food, the ambiance and the service.I ordered the eggplant parmigiana dinner, which was delicious. The Rhode Island Clam Chowder was also very tasty. My husband ordered pork chops. He found them to be a bit dry/overcooked but he enjoyed them, nonetheless. Our server was very attentive and welcoming. We plan to go back next time we are in the area.

Jackson Hole Burgers are family owned restaurants that opened their saloon doors in 1972. Born and raised in New York City our family run establishment have (arguably) been serving up the best burgers in the entire country. You can expect the best and fin
This was our first time eating here. We found it on Trip Advisor. We really enjoyed eating here. They offered a full diner type menu-breakfast and brunch selections, burgers(7 oz), salads, vegetarian panini or wraps, sandwiches, desserts, milkshakes, smoothies and coffee drinks. I had challah French toast with fruit. My husband had an omelette with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Both our orders included fresh orange juice and coffee. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. In addition we had very good service. If we are in this area again we will definitely eat here. One other thing - they have both indoor and outdoor seating.
