Passing thru early in the A.M., I stopped in and saw the advertisement for the "Grand Slam" @ $4.00. I thought to myself, "Get out of Dodge". Low and behold, it is. I quick;y opted for this option, and with Coffee, I was out ~ $6:25 total. The decor was quite pleasant; this particular place is separated form the old school counter/ with stainless siding to the sit down dinning area. the meal was presented in rather quick timing, seeing there was only three other tables occupied. The card reader was down, fortunately I had cash, phew! In the event you pass thru stop in! I'd return.

We have been to our share of Waffle Houses, and this one was very friendly! Pecan Waffle was not the best I have had, but service made up for it...Easy access on and off the interstate...

Not gourmet, just good food, and priced right. Right off the Interstate and a bit back from the road, but full view. Usual friendly welcome and cold a/c. Our table and menu were clean and the waitress was very good. Order the biscuits and gravy for a quick bite ...they aren't on the menu but always available. Bottomless good coffee.
