As with any diner, you feel immediately comfortable and at ease. Like no other diner, it's artsy and cool. Foodies. Meat and Potatoes types. Traditionalists. Experimenters. All of them love Cap City Fine Diner, and with good reason. The menu is brimming w
We had a great meal here and our server, Lori, was excellent! Started with the warm pretzel appetizer, which is served with beer cheese & a tangy mustard. We split a Caesar salad & the meatloaf entree, which comes with mashed potatoes. We had the peanut butter pie for dessert & it was AWESOME!!! This restaurant is casual, yet âfineâ....Our wine was served in crystal. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We love eating at Tommy's after Sunday Mass. Lucky for us, we arrive early and secure a table before the Sunday morning breakfast rush. The food is delicious and we enjoy chatting with Michael and waitresses.Every City needs a family run business like Tommy's!

We fell in love with this little local restaurant & it was the perfect place for breakfast! It's small & it's busy, so you may have to wait a bit, but the tables turn quickly! Luckily, we walked in at the perfect time & only had to wait 3 minutes! We took first available & ended up at the counter! I always like watching the food being prepared...the grill was right in front of us! Staff was very friendly and coffee cup filling attentive (important!)! We both had eggs over easy, hash browns with onions & cheese, rye toast. I had sausage & my husband had the bacon. I found the sausage on the salty side, but I also think I am salt sensitive! LOL My husband said the bacon was really good! The hash browns were excellent & you got a mountain of them! Too much for me to finish, but I gave it a good try! coffee was excellent! Prices were very reasonable! We will be back!
