I have visited this newly located Big Bear Diner twice during this last week. I was satisfied as always at a Big Bear Diner. Extensive menu with good wholesome food. The parking is great and the service was very attentive. A little bit expensive for breakfast but it is a good option that can always be counted on.We had a long wait during our first visit but got right in for our second visit. Good for any meal.

We were visiting the area and stumbled on Daddyâs City Diner as weâre driving down Reservation Road. It is a good cafe for breakfast...nothing fancy, just friendly people and good food at a reasonable price. As you enter you seat yourself and someone is soon at your table taking your drink order...coffee isnât far behind. There is a nice variety of dishes for breakfast. I was pleased to see a good selection on the seniorâs menu. The prices are reasonable, the service friendly and accommodating. The portions were substantial, even from the senior menu. A great choice for breakfast.

Stevie's Family Restaurant is a fairly new eatery in Prunedale California (10 miles north of Salinas on Highway 101). The locals are discovering the place and it is becoming a local favorite. If you are on the road (Highway 101) and tired of fast food joints, take the Vierra Canyon Road exit. Stevie's is less than five minutes away. I had lasagna, my sister local resident) had meatloaf and my nephew had pasta. We were all well satisfied with the quality and quantity of the servings. Prices were very reasonable.
