Been here before when in the area. Nice little place with good breakfasts. Adequate off street parking friendly staff and prompt service. Place is clean and just a bit noisy. Decor is classic diner in reasonable condition, booth cushions are not broken down.

We have been going to the Piston Diner for meals since they opened under the new ownership. Regardless of whether you are visiting for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will find a menu that offers traditional diner selections as well as daily specials. The specials are excellent and change daily. The service and quality of the food far surpasses that of other diners in the area. If you are in the area, definitely give the Piston Diner a try!! The Metro Diner is a full-service restaurant that provides quality, large-portioned meals and caters many different audiences including families and private parties. Conveniently located in Brooklawn, NJ, we are easily accessible from all major highways a
After picking up extended family from the airport, we stopped in The Metro which we knew with it's extensive menu, would be able to please everyone. The children's menu pleased the kids and parents and the vast variety of sandwiches, burgers, lunch specials and mini meals provided plenty of options for the group. My sister thoroughly enjoyed her fresh gyro and even the kid's meals were portioned enough to warrant take home boxes to leave room the the desserts that are included. We topped off our visit at the baked goods selections whole checking out. It was too hard to resist the fresh oversized eclairs, cannoli and massive chocolate chippers that we savored over later in the with tea at home. The Metro is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Philadelphia and is a family favorite for any meal.

Stop in for lunch before going to a show at the local Ritz Theater. Great old time local diner. Loved the oldies music. Serves breakfast all day. Menu to large. Very good selection of club sandwiches. Server was very good didn't rush us at all. Lunch was very good . Will return

Weâve eaten here four or five times when traveling to Atlantic City. The Got Clubbed club sandwich is awesome as is the cheesesteak sandwich. Breakfasts are good, coffee is good. My husband ordered the lasagna and we were disappointed. It was a small casserole dish with ground beef, cheeses, and A FEW pasta noodles cut up and added into it. There were no layers of lasagna pasta. Very different from any lasagna that Iâve eaten in my years . Nevertheless, most dishes are worthy of good comments. The soups are on the mark. Love, live, laugh, eat, drink, and have fun as that is what life is all about !

Get anything any time of day. Breakfasts are great and vert reasonably priced. Have had everything from full dinners to coffee and cake. Staff are very friendly and efficient. The owner is always there. I have no clue when this man sleeps. Highly recommend the Cajun chicken sandwich.

We were head north on the Turnpike and it was lunch time so I was looking for a good place to eat. This restaurant is probably less than a mile off Exit 3 of the turnpike, straight down the road, so it's easy to find and doesn't require a detour. The value is amazing, but just as important, the service was great and the food was really good. My husband had the soup of the day (vegetable) and a tuna salad that he loved. I had the meatloaf platter. The food came out quickly and the portions were ample. The meatloaf came with sides, salad, drink AND dessert for something like $10. Everything was really good. The salad dressing was homemade and so was the rice pudding. The waitress was helpful, cheerful and attentive. This is NOT a fancy place, It was full of locals and the food is down to earth, typical diner, comfort food, but diner food done very well. The Club Diner is our new go-to lunch stop on our travels up and down the east coast.
