Very well cooked high-quality food. I was surprised by excellent selection of breads and the service was very attentive. We were perfectly advised by the head waiter. We will return for sure.

We frequented this place daily while visiting Bermeo. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak some English. This helped a lot when describing the many tapas ingredients. We sampled many of the tapas which were delicious and in the evening the fresh fish dishes were excellent. You can eat indoor or out and take in the ambiance as it is right on the front of the port. Searching for an out of season Sunday evening meal and found most establishments shut but this one was kind enough to accommodate us even though their service had finished and the staff were leaving. Starter big enough for a main course and two main courses a large beer and two glasses of excellent rioja came in at 45 euros. Would like to give it 5 stars for the cooking which, whilst wholesome and tasty, was not gourmet so 4, but you should not expect it when the restaurant styles itself as home cooking! 5 stars though for going out of their way to serve us. Ohh and the bar was in full swing when we left.
