Nach der interessanten Besichtigung der Festung Furggels ein Ã¤usserst zuvorkommender Empfang in Carmen's Ãlpli. Freundliche, familiÃ¤re und unterhaltsame Bedienung. Speis und Trank lÃ¤sst nichts zu wÃ¼nschen Ã¼brig. Ein speziell schÃ¶ner Ort. Der kurze Spaziergang lohnt sich total. Vielen Dank Carmen und Familie!

The title might be a little misleading. The food was excellent and the portions were large. The staff was friendly and the beer good. The interesting part is that is that we only speak English and a little Czech which is not a problem because we just use Google translate. Only problem was we could not get signal in the restaurant. But we had fun trying to figure out the menu and the staff tried to help but their English was about as good as our German. But we managed and had a great meal of schnitzel and cordon blue. We will talk about this meal with fond memories. Great place to eat but brush up on your German.
