I went with a group from work for lunch. Most of us had the fitness plate which had a large turkey breast with herb butter and generous portions of various salads. One of us had the steak with rösti croquettes and vegetables. The starter soup was homemade and very delicious, as were our meals. The prices are very reasonable and the waitstaff were extremely friendly and engaging in conversation.

I don't know how this chain can survive with delivery times of 1.5 hours, and that on a late Sunday evening when it couldn't possibly have been very busy. The pizzas arrived lukewarm, the dough was soggy and not well baked through. There was almost more rim than topping on the big pizza.Basically everything that can go wrong with pizza delivery went wrong. Will never order here again. Absolutely loved this place ! In Summertime we sat outside under a beautiful lush green tree, and ate delicious veal with outstandingly good rösti and veggies ! Waouhhhh ! I never thought that traditional Swiss farmer's food could be as delicious, really ! The service was perfect, the lady serving us most kind and gentle- hearted, and the location an absolute enchantment for whoever likes authentic, simple and ancient places (the restaurant is actually a several centuries old farm-house owned by the same familiy for ...14 generations, ie. since the 15 hundreds !). Amazing, all the more that the prices are the most decent ones I ever experienced in the Zug area !When the weather gets chillier, clients sit inside the building : very nice indeed, but slightly noisy (low sealings) . I can only say : go for it, and let yourself be treated by some real good Traditionnal Swiss cuisine !

Were there on a Sunday Afternoon. The terrace was crowded because they had a show at the theatre. The staff obviously was not able to handle it. So waited 15 minutes until order was placed. Then waited another 10 minutes until drinks were served. The sweet potato fries we ordered came as regular fries. When telling the waitress that we ordered the sweet potato fries she said that we were wrong because she had it written down as regular fries right⦠The place itself is beautiful with a great view overlooking the lake. Still would not go there anymore.
