Came to Betty's for breakfast as we were heading out of Vernal after visiting for a couple of days.The portion sizes are incredibly generous. The pancakes(size of plate) were probably some of the best our family of three has ever had!The staff is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Went on a Christmas shopping date. We needed some fuel to keep going. Stopped into Subway. Had two teenage guys who where both friendly, helpful, and made a good roasted chicken breast sandwich. Also enjoyed the Free Cookie Friday deal they had going. Nice to eat some healthy food with a little sugar treat

My family visited this newer sandwich shop in Vernal and ordered several items to try and share. We absolutely loved our food. We tried the Chicken Parmesan sandwich, P.R. Dip, fried zucchini, fried ravioli and kids corndog nuggets. Everything was hot and tasted great. Our favorite was by far the P.R. Dip. It was amazing. My only complaint is their hours. They are currently only open from 11-4 which takes dinner out of the equation. We would love to be able to visit more often but can't always make lunch work. I definitely recommend this place. Great customer service too.
