My husband and I had the most delicious and relaxing meal at this beautiful location in the center of Tequisquiapan . The Pozole had a rich flavor and the accompanying condiments made for a beautiful presentation. The agua con pepino y limon was very refreshing and flavor. We will return very soon.

I found this place because a friend told me about it. I was not expecting it to be as nice as it turned out to be. The owners are a delight. Their adult children work there as well. I really enjoyed talking to the mother (the pastry chef) who seems to love what she does (that is important) and the father who is a dentist by training (a good one, I might add). They are both intelligent and hard working. They have a first class establishment that is cheery, bright and very clean. I have seen some terrible places in Tequis in terms of filth. This place is by far the cleanest I have ever seen. I have even been in their kitchen, and I was duly impressed by it. How many do you know who feel confident enough to show you their working kitchens? If you haven't figured it out yet, I like wherever the food I consume is prepared, to be sanitary. This place is! The pastries are really good too. Same goes for the coffee. They use several coffee makers there. My favorite is a Krups, which makes delicious coffee. It is a professional machine, not one especially made for home use. They have other beverages...like Smoothies, and very good tasting teas. They cater to just about everyone's taste too. It's the little details that count, and they do not miss them. Would I recommend this place? There would be no way I could not. ;) Enjoy!

When I meet Bocanegra, I adopted as my best place to stay when we are in Tequisquiapan. I went with family and friends and always feels like home.Has a beatiful view and you can barely see Peña de Bernal since their restaurant or since the backyard.Go early to visit the cava of cheese and enjoy the cheese tasteRestaurant is delicious: one of my favorites are lentils, Mapple Pizza and All the hamburguers.When you be there, check if there are events, the last week had a mini cooper rally and was great to see almost a hundred of them in the backyard, but there is also a Viking day and Kite day you'll enjoy.

Hace un par de semanas fui con mi pareja a visitar el pueblo Mágico de Tequisquiapan, buscamos a través de este sitio un lugar que valiera la pena para comer, nos llamó la atención que en todas sus crÃticas tenÃa "Excelente" asà que decidimos ir a probar y creo que fue la mejor decisión. El lugar es sencillo pero su comida es grandiosa!. El menú, no es muy amplio (pero aplicarÃa el criterio de "menos es más"), su oferta principal son cortes de carnes con sus atinados acompañamientos... Las parrillas son a la vista, el chef cocina los platillos al momento y en general el servicio aunque modesto, es bueno. Los platos son bastos y la calidad de la carne exquisita; en lo personal recomendarÃa las Back Ribs y la papa al horno. La cereza del pastel es el costo de los platillos, totalmente accesibles y en balance para el tipo de comida. El precio del platillo te incluye guarnición y una sopa. Definitivamente mi novio y yo quedamos muy satisfechos con el lugar... Felicidades y bien por ellos!!
