Things to do in Springdale
Stopped in here for a quick lunch. Service was prompt and friendly, but the sub was not very good. First, the bread wasn't as fresh as it could be (and the bun wasn't toasted), and the turkey was bland and flavorless. The cheese was melted, but was almost too runny. There are better lunch spots in the immediate vicinity, so I don't think I'll be returning.
This visit was not as enjoyable as most. My sandwich was packed for carryout instead of the requested dine-in. That's no biggie, but it does indicate a lack of attention to detail. My sandwich did not come as ordered and was not the usual piping hot. Even the French fries were not as hot as usual. The restaurant, by the way, was not as busy as usual.I'll give this location another shot and try them again to see if things have changed or if this was just an off day.

You're lucky that this place is now hard to get to or you'd never get a seat. Those who appreciate sandwiches that are reasonably priced and delicious know the way. The food is always top notch (for a sandwich place) and enjoyable. This is our favorite lunch spot, but don't give away the secret.

Always order a foot long so you can have leftovers later. Just as fresh then as when you ordered it. It is a better buy and usually will not spoil if you have a refrigerator to put it in.

Celebrated a retirement with four good friends at the Century Inn and greatly enjoyed the experience and the food. Choose from cozy indoor seating or the expansive covered deck and patio seating. We ordered a variety of lunch menu items including the Texas chili, Chicken Quesadilla, Bacon burger and Chicken sandwiches. Our waitress was quite friendly and responsive to both our temperament and our needs. The food was served promptly and everyone enjoyed what they had ordered. Food and beers for five guys only totaled $70.41. Domestic beers were just $3.00 and Landshark clocked in at $4.00.I had not been to the Century Inn for many years and realized that I had deprived myself of a fun place to drink, eat and relax. I won't deprive myself any longer as I plan to return soon with other friends and family in tow.
