Visited Villa S again, and yet again not only the atmosphere is great but more important the food is fantastic. I had a mixed salad to start and Filet Mignon Medallions (Rindsfilet-Medaillons mit Portweinjus). The salat was great, my wife and I were craving for salat after having spent a week high up in the snowy mountains. The Filet Mignon Medallions were made to perfection and so was the specially ordered fried potatoes!!! One critic thoughâ¦. The medallions were not 2 but merely 1 1/2, that said â I had enough to eat though .My Wife had Saltimbocca with Risotto (Tages-hit) , and she confirmed that here food was great too.I highly recommend a visit to beautiful Villa Sunneschy, I trust Beda and his team will surprise you with excellent food and a very nice ambiance.

Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Absolutely awesome service, freshly prepared dishes, all home-made. Cannot rave about this restaurant enough. We had one vegetarian in our group and the chef prepared a marvelous mushroom pasta dish that was amazing. This small restaurant outranks some of the finest largest establishments I have had the opportunity to enjoy in all my travels.

Before coming here, I did read the negative reports on TripAdvisor and I find it really hard to believe that any of these experiences are based upon genuine assessments.After my fourth visit, I can wholeheartedly say that all of the following: Hospitality, selection, quality of food, ambience, service are all simply second to none.Mauri is a character, who doesnât cave and naturally doesnât match the âold establishmentâsâ 19th century ânot invented hereâ view.Go figure - you will be excited: guaranteed!Dear I-Love-Zermatt,we love your comments!
