Pulled off the interstate for lunch and found Richie's. Did not know they were takeout only, and had no bathrooms for customers. They were kind enough to let us use the staff bathroom. I had the corned beef pastrami with kraut, it was good. Wife had a chicken sandwich that did not have a lot of taste. They use Boars Head meats, and I guess I was expecting something from a small deli in NJ.

The Sandwich Shoppe, which recently opened in Morristown where Milano Gourmet Pizza used to be, is owned and operated by the Pascarella Brothers who also own a deli in Chatham. This small deli has a wonderful selection of Hot & Cold Sandwiches, Subs, Wraps, Salads, and also specialize in Gluten Free menu items such as their Gluten Free Pizza. Located along one wall is a refrigerator filled with pre-made take home meals. Seating is very limited with just a few tables. Today my wife and I stopped by to check it out and ended up ordering the Cheddar, Muenster and American Grilled Cheese Panini to go, which actually turned out quite good with the tasty mixture of cheeses and whole wheat bread. They are also known for their Sloppy Joes, so next time Iâll have try one to see how good they really are.

This is a great looking Deli that offers breakfast, lunch and early dinners (Mon â Fri, 6am â 6:30pm and Sat 8am to 5pm, Grill closes at 4pm, closed Sun.) This deli which is located in a small strip mall off Route 202 has a nice menu selection of gourmet sandwiches and has a large sit down area to enjoy your meal or just takeout. Premium wines & spirits are sold here. We stopped by the other day and tried the Sloppy Joe for lunch which ranked up there with some of the better ones Iâve had.
