Walked down from hotel and got a seat right away even though it was very crowded. Ordered Vitello Tonnato, but they were out, so tried the Vitello Tartare which was delicious. I then had the spaghetti tricolore with addition of pancetta and this was perfectly prepared. Nice wine list - friendly and attentive service

Conveniently located near my hotel, it was an easy breakfast choice. It is your classic pastry location, you won't find anything too surprising but it the pastry is done well. The coffee is from an automated machine and just ok

Stopped at this hotel for three days and was glad that I did. The staff are outstanding, really friendly and knowledgable and the location was perfect for us as it is incredibly close to the trains and buses and right alongside the huge Christmas markets. The views from the hotel on a morning for breakfast were beautiful and the choice of food was good (pastries, sausages, eggs, toast, fruit, cereal etc). Our room was on the 2nd floor and had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Unfortunately our room overlooked the street and not the lake but as we hardly spent any time here this wasn't a major inconvenience. I have read several reviews complaining about the decor but again this just added to the quaintness of the stay. I would definitely stop here again.
