We visited this restaurant, which is located 1 mile outside of the Lenzerheide village. It has ample parking space.The interior of the restaurant is breathtaking, modern Swiss alpine architecture gives you a warm and comfy feeling. During daytime it has a beautiful sunny terrace facing south toward the golfcourse ( summer ) or the cross Country ski tail ( winter ).The service is by Eddie and Claudia is outstanding, quick, perfect and courteous. They are perfect hosts. The food is prepared by Chef Michael Röthe, who has an impressive menu of Swiss Rösti ( special hashbrowns ), in a quality hard to beat. For me he makes the best Rösti at least in the canton of Graubünden. Wine menu is of great variety at reasonable prices, try the Dieter Meier wines from Argentina or go for high quality Italian wines, also available in Magnum formatsDear fedn, thank you very much for your ecellent assessment. Nice to have some different high quality cuisine in Lenzerheide. Positively surprised to find the Toro Tuna not only on the Asian menu but also available.. and in good quality. Same (family)friendly service as in adjacent La Riva restaurant.The sashimi, Nigiri and Maki's as well as the Dim Sum were clean and authentic. The soups (miso and Tom Kha Gai) as well as the tried Curry-main were a refined interpretation of the classic traditional recipes but nonetheless tasted natural and intense. Even though the desert couldn't match the other courses it was a highly enjoyable night in this newly opened restaurant.Dear GrandQRU. Thank you for your kind words.
