hiya--this place is in a tiny plaza with a laundromat. I stopped in for a sandwich while my clothes dried. The food was really good. They had the BEST potato salad--next to my mom's of course....the only problem was the young brunette girl who couldn't manage to multi-task to save her life. She would help, then disappear-then wash the windows and ignore you at the counter. Then she'd start to help--then look at something she dropped on the floor. Not sure if she knew there were other customers that existed who were NOT male.

My favorite Deli in the Highland area.. The ladies that have worked here for a while are excellent..They never make a mistake and they are very friendly..The Deli has a nice selection of hot dishes daily and great deserts.. I have been here many times but the last time one of the new employees didn't add all the toppings to my order..It wasn't a big deal.I called them and they did offer to add the toppings but I was to far away when I noticed, to go back, so just check your order before you leave.

Red Fox Eatery is located directly across the street from Marist College in a small strip mall. It's basically a well stocked deli and college kid hangout. The pesto chicken wrap with roasted red pepper was excellent and generously sized. Warm chocolate chip cookies straight out of the oven were the perfect comfort food. 3 very large coolers provided many varieties of drinks to choose from. Loud rock music playing incessantly from an old boom box provided the only atmosphere but the owner is very friendly and welcoming. A good value for a picnic lunch too!
