I am sorry I ever gave them my business.Ordered with the SUBWAY app well in advance of the pick up time on multiple occasions. They're either trained poorly or managed poorly, and likely both. The first time they didn't make the sandwich and I waited for it, and I was late to work. The second time they said they didn't get the order at all. Really, I got a confirmation email saying that you did. I couldn't wait, I didn't want to be late for work again. Of course they got paid by me(the app requires a form of payment) The owner and PayPal denied my refund. No big deal, keep it you obviously need it more than I do.

Dined at Subway on a recent trip to Decatur on business. Bit disappointed in this location. Sandwich did not meet expectations at all. Hopefully on next trip it will improve.

I work not far from here so I stop here some nights for dinner on my lunch break. Seems to always be the time everyone else wants to come too but they are usually pretty fast and always polite.
