Went to the westside Subway in Oswego NY this past week, We wanted to grab something quick on the way home. The January featured sub is Chipole Chicken, My wife saw the poster on the wall behind the counter and told the girl that was what she wanted. The girl looked at the picture and asked what she wanted on it. My wife told her make it just like the picture. The girl then asked another girl behind the counter what was on it, she told her she thought it had chicken, peppers and onions but wasn't sure. Then she made some remark under her breath to the girl she asked. The picture clearly showed flat bread, the girl then asked my wife what kind of roll, Hello the damn picture posted behind your head shows flat bread. Do you think the Subway could either tell the workers what the feature sub has or could the management hire people to work there who can do their job properly and come to work knowing what is expected. Skip this place and go up the street to Oswego Sub Shop.

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to IMMEDIATELY review a place bc of how great it is. After living in NYC with a deli on every corner, I've been spoiled with delicious, fresh wraps/sammies/subs that go beyond basic meat, lettuce, and tomato. Chickadee is on par (if not better) than the best wrap I ever had in NYC, knocking it out of the park with fresh ingredients and delightful service. I will absolutely be returning! Btw, we did take-out, but there are a lot of tables there.
Went for the daily sub special. Got it exactly as I wanted it. Staff friendly and efficient. A good example of Subway.
