Reviews on Deli food in Anacapri, Province of Naples, Italy. Anacapri is a comune on the island of Capri, in the Metropolitan City of Naples, Italy. The Ancient Greek prefix ana- means "up" or "above", signifying that Anacapri is located at a higher elevation on the island than Capri (about 150 m higher on average). Administratively, it has a separate status from the city of Capri. The most significant site in the village is the Villa San Michele.

Call ahead for a shuttle ride to Da Gelsomina and get squeezed into a tiny van with other patrons, then take a high speed ride through the narrow wall-lined streets outside the city center of Anacapri. You will arrive in a hotel/restaurant complex that serves unremarkable food at modest prices. A large restaurant with a covered dining area and no views after sunset. I didn't even bother taking notes about the meal or taking photos: it was that forgettable. After you eat, get squeezed into another tiny van with a different group of strangers and back to your pickup point. Our least favorite meal in Capri.

Wandered into this place after getting off the bus. What an excellent experience! My husband and I saw another couple getting a sandwich made and we had to have one. It was bar far the best sandwich that I have ever had. The best mozzarella, prosciutto, tomato and arugula on the freshest bread. The gentleman behind the counter is friendly and loves what he is doing. Take your sandwich around the corner and enjoy an amazing view of the bay while you eat.

The JKitchen offers the possibility of savoring an excellent Mediterranean menu wherever the guest may wish: in his or her own bedroom, on the panoramic deck terrace, or in the elegant salons, in a voyage of sensory discovery that enables the experience o
J Kitchen is a beautiful, romantic restaurant overlooking the sea, with service both professional and warm. Its menu is ambitious; we were excited to try many of the dishes. Unfortunately, only one of our four selections lived up to expectations. The eggs in purgatory appetizer was delicious and satisfying. However, the geometry of eggplant and tomato appetizer was oddly flavorless; fish in béarnaise sauce was a strange flavor combination that didn't don't work; and the chicken entrée was okay at best, dry and tough at worst. The highlight of the meal was the chef's complimentary ice cream bar. Our experience was, in a word, disappointing.Dear BryMawrBK,We appreciate that you took the time to provide us with such detailed feedback about your lunch experience in J.K.Louge .We are very sorry that we couldnât meet your expectations and you did not leave the restaurant entirely happy.I look forward to hearing from youBest Regards Stefano Sorrentino
