The lady chef here Senora Melva is a brilliant cook. We had a wonderful lunch here and wished we had returned for dinner. The portions were generous and the five course meal was delicious. It was a perfect experience. The husband was our waiter and he was gracious and lovely.

We had a very enjoyable meal with live music as entertainment. After lunch There was a demonstration by a 72 yr old man who climbed a very tall palm tree with great agility. Said he used to climb a hundred a day but now not so much.

Portales has been one of the restaurant we have enjoyed much along our trip in Cuba. It is a "real" place where most of clients are cubans, food is cuban and priced on Moneda National, that means falling in the low range. Very good and real experience.

Had some good food at this restaurant ( the soup was awesome) and lots of it, but the best thing was the service- a really nice guy. Also the building is amazing

La Piramide is a paladar upstairs in an old colonial house. Stairs are quite steep and the room was small. The food was the regular Cuban fair and nothing special. Fish, beans,rice, avocado, etc. Staff seemed overworked and rushed around a lot. However they were nice and tried to accommodate everyone.

La Estancia Host my Wedding Reception on 01/02/2018 it was Excellent. Thank you Noly for the Big Surprise, all the place was full of romantic lights, flowers, it was an elegant reception, all the details were present even the waitress with uniforms, the Chef, etc. The food was excellent, the hosting of Noly during the whole night asking everyone how they feel and if there were anything else that we want. I'll recommend this place to host a reception, it is a great place to be, it is in the same street of the Remedio's Catholic Church one of the most famous Church in Cuba with a lot of history. We got married at this church and walked a few feets to La Estancia. I'll give then 10 starts.
