We found this gem by accident while we were out riding today. If you're not familiar with Lake City this place could be a challenge to find, don't let that discourage you.My wife ordered the Miami sandwich and I had the Lechon Asado. My wife raved about how good her sandwich was after the first bite, and second and third. I think you get the picture. The Lechon Asado was just as delicious. The portions were huge, we could have easily split either meal and been satisfied, as it was we brought leftovers home which will make a great lunch.The atmosphere is very relaxing, service was great. We'll definitely be back.

Love the coffee. The cubans are real. The portions are good and the soda that comes with the cuban can be selected from some fun unusual flavors. Like Champagne cola. Friendly folks.

We were just riding around looking for a new place to try in lake city after a drs appt. And ran across Maggies. Not great parking, and a little hard to find, but OMG the food was delicious. Please go and try this place so she is a success. Seating is minimal, parking is only for a handful of cars, but get in there because it is worth the effort. There is a brand new sign on the SW corner of SE Nassau Street and SE Hernando Avenue. Delicious food, desserts and coffee, and some cuban soda faves. Try it!
