The food was so very good. We had the duck and the tuna, both served with seasonal veg. Whilst the portion sizes weren't huge, it was more akin to fine dining than your average restaurant. Therefore, 5 stars because the quality of food was so, so good. We even had some dessert, which is a rarity for us. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're happy to pay for good quality cuts of meat. A lady who was vegetarian on a table nearby said that her veggie dish was also excellent.

Trough our new interior,as well as with our offer,we wanted to take you a few decades back in time. While looking in not-so-far past, and what was cooked in Dalmatian taverns and households, we created menu made exclusively from natural ingredients that a
We visited this restaurant after a recommendation from the fantastic Splendida Palace Hotel that we were staying. We had a fantastic dinner, great service and excellent local wine. Little local place, quite and cozy atmosphere. Local Dalmatian food, homemade pasta, bread and marmelade with a lot of Mediterranean ingredients. You'll feel like one of the locals. Come, try, enjoy! P.S.. We have a very good choice of Croatian wines ;)
Located 5mns from the city walls, the restaurant can accommodate both indoor or outdoor dining, on their enclosed patio. We had:o seared tuna appetizer: this was truly delicious, cooked to perfection (which means slightly undercooked inside).o gaspacho (cold soup): very nicely done.o lamb shank: very tasty, if perhaps not as tender as I hopedo pasta dish: nicely doneTheir red wine (by the glass) put me back on friendly terms with Croatian wine and was very reasonable.Service was very good and the whole dinner was more affordable than I expected.Would definitely return.

Paradox is a modern wine bar & lounge, with an amazing rooftop terrace, set in the historic center of Split just dozens of meters from the Riva waterfront.
I canât recommend this place highly enough!! Excellent service alongside great cheese and wine. Our waiter was extremely helpful and knowledgable with the wines and cheeses and also had a great sense of humour. The bar also has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if in Split!! :)

A new vegetarian restaurant in Town... :-)
The restaurant was very comfortable, quirky decor, great music. Whilst we are not vegetarians it was good to try something different. The veggie burger was okay but could have benefited from a bit more flavour in my opinion. Service was good, waiter friendly and informative.

I was looking for a quiet, secluded place for breakfast. This is the right place! the menu offers a lot of choices and the prices are good, I would say Europeans. The service is courteous and fast. The breakfast is served from 7:30 till 14:30 that is great! I had a tasty sandwich with smoked salmon, organic eggs, rocket salad and cold tea. The cloister is very nice, surrounded by a stone traditional house and nice plants. They also have a hostel on the hose above. I will definitely return to try a lunch or dinner.
