The desire to shape our way of cooking,we turn to food from nature and culture, discover our history and shape the future.
This was recommended to us by the owner of our AIRB&B. Reservations are highly recommended. It is well worth the effort. The food is outstanding and the service is excellent. We had the Octopus, Panko with chick pea purée over greens. Also, the Tuna with black lentils, potatoes are a burrata, beet, walnut salad as a starter. The wine was white Croatian recommended by the waiter which paired beautifully with our dinner. Donât leave too quickly, they will serve you a complimentary house made Grappa or Cherry Liquor, which will cap off your delightful meal..

Having been unable to get in on our first attempt, we reserved and returned the following evening. Following a shared cheese plate starter, we both chose grilled sea bream. The usual de-boning session was required, but then we really enjoyed the tasty fish. The service was pleasant, as was the location in a spacious courtyard off the street between buildings.

Tasty food Top service Best price
Visited this restaurant last night which is situated on the campsite and would recommend it to others. The pizza was good and so was the mixed meat dish, which included a chicken skewer, pork chop, burger, sausage and chips with a garnish. It was very reasonably priced and good quality.

Both opted for a pasta dishes which were under the âappetiserâ section of the menu. These were both huge and more than enough for a main meal! We also tried the bread infused with garlic which was amazing!! The meal was reasonably priced but mainly because our dishes were appetisers..Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for seafood dishes or anyone whoâs keen on fresh bread (who isnât!)

Restaurant Vanjaka is a respectable member of the Trogir gastronomic family. It is situated on the Radovan Square, in the east part of the town, right by the Saint Lawrence cathedral. Classy, sacral and aristocratic architectural surroundings have set the
Listed as vegetarian / vegan friendly. I'm afraid it is not. On a positive note, my grilled bream was very good, as was my fig dessert with pannacotta. One of my two vegetarian companions had the risotto, this was ok. The other vegetarian generally avoids the usual boring pasta / risotto / pizza margarita routine, and finds most places can do grilled vegetables well - not a lot to ask, but this place failed - a bland, meagre sub-starter portion was provided, her accompanying salad was ok.The service was a bit too casual - late afternoon, the place was quiet.I see the restaurant responded to previous similar criticism by saying only 5 of their 50 dishes are meat - I checked - this is not true, even if you exclude the fish and seafood; and vegetarians don't eat fish / seafood. So, not at all a good destination for vegetarians, but probably pretty good otherwise.

Dear guests, We work on reservation because we need two hours at minimum to prepare Peka, other meals also need a lot of prep time. So contact us at least 3 hours before so that we can send you the menu. We use fresh and local food and prepare it on authe
The most picturesque restaurant and beautiful food. The surroundings are just gorgeous, you eat either on the decking or in the garden of a beautiful old farmhouse surrounded by fairy lights and overlooking the water. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and you feel like you've been let into their family home....in a really good way. The food is delicious and we were so pleased to try something so truly authentic. We found that the rest of the area serves mainly pizza and pasta so it was a lovely change. You need to book and order in advance but don't let this put you off, they are really easy to communicate with, we booked and ordered via Facebook. We went as a family of three and would highly recommend x

My wife discovered this appropriately enough on TripAdvisor prior to our holiday when she was researching places to go & what a find it turned out to be! Great location overlooking Trogir with all the boats moored up & bobbing on the Adriatic. The place itself is very unique - lots of soft furnishing, small snooks & cushioned areas almost with an Arabian influence, together with some cool tunes to lend a relaxed vibe. I'd also recommend the iced coffee - to die for - indulgent but ideal for sipping on as you take in the vista whilst you relax. Well worth visiting.
