We were greeted quickly and seated right away (recommend reservations...it is a small place). My daughter had spicy fettucini and I had Shrimp and Grits. Both were very good.Service was spot on. This is an open kitchen so you could see the team working in the back and yet it wasn't as noisy as other "open kitchen" places I've been. We will be back!Thank you gabeh37 for your kind words! We are honored you chose to spend such a special day with us and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

We went for dinner with friends and enjoyed the place (cozy yet modern) and food. It was Friday so a bit crowded and the waiter kept hovering over since the next set of guests were waiting. We shared the artichokes and the biscuits, which were very good, which I followed with short ribs...delicious!- Glad we had dinner in this hidden restaurant!

Interesting creative food you wouldn't expect to find in a distillery, with a constantly changing menu. The sides particularly shine! While their headline is craft cocktails, from their own spirits, Watershed has a fine selection of craft beer and a decent wine list. The decor is surprisingly pleasant for an industrial warehouse space, although the restaurant is quite noisy. Service was stellar.
