...about this place? It may be more difficult for me in the future to get a reservation if I tell you just how good it is. Friends took us here and we keep coming back because it is everything. Small, husband and wife team, excellent food and the staff have worked there for years.Service:Already while booking over the phone it becomes clear that this is a customer service oriented gem of a restaurant. Friendly, engaging and above all customer oriented.Arrival, same thing. Super friendly, table is ready, thank you for being with us today...top notchFood:The US filet of beef I had was so tender that you could chew it with your eyebrows, well at least I could cut it with my fork which says it all I think. Everything our group ordered was excellent and we could barely walk out of there because we of course had to order dessert and the ice cream was one of the biggest I have seen served in a restaurant in a long time.I strongly recommend you go there and try it out - well actually let me do it for you...

Sue was a patient, friendly kind waitress with good english. Unfortunately,despite the excellent reviews of this restaurant,have just experienced the most appalling service,ending with the service complaining about us in Swiss German to other guests thinking that as English speakers we wouldnt understand the insult. When challenged why they were insulting us in German,we were told in front of other guests that we were not welcome as guests. Needless to say,we immediately paid and left the restaurant. Unbelievable....
