This place has good reviews, was near our resort, and is right on the the ocean. It should have been great, but it was a terrible experience. I would like to give it a negative number, but I gave a poor because of the view and the food. The service was virtually nonexistent. After waiting forever for our bill, the view sort of lost its appeal. Then we got the wrong bill. Rather than go and get our bill, our server had us go to the lobby to pay. It was especially disappointing because I thought this would be a wonderful place for lunch on my birthday.Hello! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Weâre sorry to hear you felt your service was non existent. We pride ourselves on our food and service and are disappointed you had a negative experience. We are delighted you enjoyed your food but surprised to hear there was an issue with getting your correct bill. Our lobby desk is unable to process restaurant checks so we are unsure how and why you would be sent there to pay. We will re-address service standards with all of our staff as we take all reviews seriously and we are always working to improve our quality. Was excited to go here because it was rated #1 by Trip Advisor. Good basic breakfast, but the watered down iced coffee was the most repulsive version of this drink I have ever had. The waitstaff was very nice, but in the end I did not want to return here. There are a couple of Italian pastry shops that hit the ball out of the park for breakfast instead.Iâm so sorry to hear that you didnât enjoyed your visit, unfortunately our coffee is medium roasted is not really that strong, I hope you consider to give us another try in the future. My apologies again.

This is a lovely restaurant with a great feel. The staff are excellent and fantastic at there job-Especially Pauly. The menu covers all peoples tastes -I especially loved the eggs benedict and the fresh pineapple mimosa. This is a very relaxing restaurant and a must do on your trip to South Florida. We will be back to this little gem in Lauderdale-by-the-sea.Linda -New Zealand
