I ordered vegetarian food which was just average. Nicely presented on the plate, and attractive to look at. However, there was no "wow" dish that stood out about the meal. It was over-priced for such a bland meal. Parking was not easy as it was on a main road.

Well must say the head waitperson and a fantastic bubbly waitress made the night , so polite and sooooooo good at their jobs . They are both a fantastic asset to the restaurant . Now to the food I had lamb just perfectly cooked a lovely pink colour and the presentation on the plate would have done a 5 âï¸ restaurant proud ... zucchini flowers were a little on the small size , but tasty . All in all a great mealIn nice surroundings. Not noisy like most hotels and great team members .. WELL DONE

Prior to eating at The Autumn Rooms, my routine was as follows; find a park on Darby St, then eat at the closest cafe - they're all pretty good right? Right. But this above pretty good and is my new go to! A stand out in one of the better cafe strips around.If you're hungry The Autumn Rooms Big Breakfast is outstanding, and you can 100% taste where the extra few dollars go (compared to the average $18-$21 big breaky). The quality produce shines. Honorable mention to the B&E roll which I usually finish for my partner, the wonderful service, and of course THE COFFEE!It's going to take something special in Darby St to alter my new routine :)Wow! Went here for dinner, menu read well. Ordered tapas, underwhelmed by flavour and presentation. The tapas tasted as though it had been microwaved. Staff barely spoke and put our plates down agressively, I wonât be going back.
