Cool interior, fireplace by the door was very nice. Further it is a small slightly cramped restaurant. Menu was restricted? They suggested to take a 3 course meal. As we are not huge eaters we opted just for a main course. The only beef steak they had came in a butter sauce with white bread, nothing else... so had a choice of pork fish and game. Slib tongetjes came with a huge portion, 3 fish. With salad and fries. Patrijs and Varkens duo portions were quite small we ordered extra fries could have ordered vegetables as there was very little with the meal. Not that we are huge eaters, but would like to have the feeling I had eaten out for this price. Not really worth another visit.

Counter-intuitively what you would expect from the neighborhood this restaurant is a âhidden championâ for sure! Amazing menu, surprising creations, paired with awesome wines!

We enjoyed our dinner at Den Haller. The food was good (and plentiful), the wine was good too, but the service was excellent and that makes a real difference. Good seafood, steaks, and vegetarian options. Located in a nice mill house just outside the small village of Diepenheim. Worth visiting if you're in the area.

After church we went as a 19 strong family to this place for a pancake lunch. The place with its many nooks and crannies in several buildings worked magic with our grandchildren.We had great difficulty weaning them away from the big size trampoline.We'll be back!
