Restaurant recommended by the MICHELIN GUIDE . Cuisine with touches. Haute cuisine at reasonable prices. In the historic center of Valencia, next to the Torres de Serranos .
See previous reviews: the smaller ânightâ tasting menu is plenty. The waiter tells you this, which begs the question why have a larger menu?Artichokes are in season, so a plateful with a mustard and honey dressing went down well. Prawns with celeriac and a truffle sauce; then sepia (cuttlefish) with mushrooms formed the 3 starters. The mains were fish of meat (pictured). Then we shared desserts,We had fizz to start , a bottle of white and a dessert sherry. 80 Euros the lot. The set 21 euro tasting menu keeping the price exceptional.Only one criticism: the service was odd. Staff were friendly but seemed in a rush. To give them the benefit of doubt, I think they wanted to appear efficient . But they brought all the same dishes at once to distribute amongst different tables. For example the meat mains came out, one was placed on our table whilst balancing two more then be taken to other tables. We then had to wait for the others fish to come out.Itâs worth a visit and you need to book

Raw cuisine from all over the world - tuna & salmon tartar, various ceviches, tataki, french oysters etc. Fresh seafood and fish, tapas and cocktail bar
Top restaurant with very particular and great choices. I took Iberian pork tataki, grilled octopus and goat cheese cake. All excellent. Loved it. Friendly service, not too fast which is actually good. Reasonable prices yet little above average (would say, of course).

Pulperia moderna en pleno casco historico.Tapas gallegas...pulpo exquisito y menus para grupos buenisimos
I found this little tapas bar on my last morning of my most recent trip to Valencia and it was a real find. I had the breakfast deal for only â¬2 which was coffee or juice with either croissant or toast. I opted for the toast which was served with tomato and milky coffee served piping hot. My only criticism was there was there was more food than I anticipated! Real good value in a little side street. Having visited I will return and have my evening meal there as the menu looks lovely. You need to look for this place as it is not on a main road and is on the edge of the old city but it is worth looking for. I had breakfast outside and even the outdoor space is cleaned with disinfectant so you know pride is taken in the place. A real good find in this amazing city. Thank you! Come there when you want, our house is your house.

The service was friendly and really good but for one problem, my wife ordered the Rollitos de berenjena, and we were told it would take some time, well it took forever, and for some reason I got my appetizer promptly which was odd since you feel awkward in a situation like this when one diner eats and the waits. The food again was a mixed bag, because the one thing that was a problem with the service turned out to be a badly made dish. Otherwise the food was really good. The Lubina con jugo de lima y coco was very good as was the slow cooked beef cheek.

This restaurant is so welcoming from the start. The waiter Gianluca (from Bologna Italy, the gastronomic capital) was really excellent and friendly. We opted for the Carta rather than the Menu del Dia, although that is great value for money. We started with the most wonderful patatas bravas, a nice Japanese & Russian salad and croquets which were very tasty. The salmon we shared in a crusty tempura reved with sanfire was delicious and the cheesecake desert was quite something. It was salted cheese served with a berry compot, and the chocolate desert were great to finish. We were 'honoured' by being served by the 'star' of the place Elenora who served our coffee. Having said that id Elenora sits on the 'throne' then Gianluca could easily sit along side her. The service was friendly and excellent which made for an overall nice experience.Thank you very much for writing. We are happy that you discovered Numa and enjoyed our gastronomy. Thanks for your recommendation. See you soon!
