Portuguese regional mediterranean food, wines, tapas and snack house, sitting over Roman ruines from over 2.000yo visible through the glass floor.
2 minutes away from Arco da Porta Nova, it's a very cosy small restaurant with a glass floor over Roman remains. Quite interesting. Waiting for your order, you have the chance to contemplate the unusual floor. There is a lot of detailed information about the remains.People are extremely polite and helpful and try their best to understand English. We went for a coffee ten minutes before 1 o'clock and the place was almost empty. After 10 minutes there was no seat available. Full! It means it's popular among the locals too. There is limited outside seating, if the weather is dry.Prices are low and service quick enough.
Nice and cozy space with varied options to choose from. From fantastic toast accompanied with jellies, house sandwiches and homemade cakes. Varied options with fruits like Natural Juices, the Cup and the Wrap Good Day with natural yogurt, compote and mues
So far the best breakfast in Braga. I had a salty crepe with cheese, ham and egg and I wished I could have more, it was tasty. Plus a nice big mint cappuchino, I loved it.

A modern and cozy restaurant and wine bar. Creative seasonal menu using local products. Wine list focused on artisanal and natural producers.
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant/wine bar. We've had dinner there several times, trying almost all the dishes, and the food has been unfailingly delicious. The wine list features some of Portugal's best contributions to the growing natural wine movement, including rare gems, In terms of wine/food combination, we have not found anything to compare elsewhere in Portugal, including Lisbon and Oporto. But even if you're not into natural wine, or even into wine, the place is well worth a visit for the food, the unpretentious and informal atmosphere, the fair prices, and the gracious hospitality of savvy owners Joana and André.

I ordered pizza which was ok, nothing special. But I like the fact it was made in wooden oven! Service was good and I like the fresh interior design.

A "let's make fancy instead of good" place.Deceptively named "casa de pasto", a name for typical simple fare, it is anything but!!! Definitely not typical Portuguese food.Major disappointment, compounded by a TERRIBLE price-quality/quantity relation, with tiny overpriced dishes that corrupt traditional Portuguese food.
