Nothing went well, I called to check on the reservation we had made 3 weeks prior, it took them a long time to find our reservation.Then we arrived and sat on the lovely pink couches, which was near a patio and the door kept opening and closing, and the cigarette smoke from the smokers out there kept making us freeze and smell smoke.Finally the manager got involved, and actually told the smokers we were the ones complaining, so we received some not so nice looks.It was quite unprofessional to say who the complainers were..We were offered to move to another table in the middle of our meal, we declined as it breaks up the ambiance of fine dining.Then 3 times we privately told the maitre de it was our daughters anniversary dinner, when coffee arrived nothing happened, then my husband quietly reminded them, so just a small pastry arrived, but no fancy fun sparkler , which other diners got.To be honest it was an upsetting last dinner in Munich to celebrate a very happy occasion. I have dined here before, sent friends here, but we left upset, and paid a lot for a costly high priced restaurant which we expected way more from.I think SeeHaus would have made a way bigger deal for us and created a truly happy memory.I must say our waiter was wonderful..Dear guest ELSUSHI921,Thank you for your honest feedback, only with these words we are able to improve. I truly apologize not meeting your expectations during your visit at our Käfer Schänke, especially on your daughterâs anniversary. The 8 course degustation meal was indeed an amazing experience - spectacular food (mostly), delivered with impeccable service. However our group will likely remember it more for the bill shock. Have been fortunate to enjoy several 2 Michelin star restauarnts - this was by far the most expensive at 8 course + wine pairings over 400euro. Did I enjoy myself ? Yes. Would I go again ?? No

Der Haberer, Lokal mit schönem Biergarten, liegt mitten im Dorf. So wie es sich traditionell in Bayern auch gehört. Der Service (das Team) ist klasse drauf, die Speisen halten, was die Karte verspricht. Und für Bierliebhaber, es gibt Biere von drei Brauereien, was alleine schon eine Einkehr rechtfertig!Alles passte Bestens von Anbeginn bis zur Verabschiedung.

I always look forward to going there! First of all, this Turkish food is absolutely delicious. Lezizel serves little dumplings filled with tasty fillings. I love classic Manti with Beef, yogurt, garlic and olives as a topping. Vegetarian option is also available. It is a very cozy, modern and clean restaurant and smiles of the staff make me feel very welcome. They are always very friendly and are happy to help you to understand how the order process works, so that you can personalize your dish with different toppings. Service as important as the food. As a desert, a combination of a homemade Baklava with loose leaf brewed black Turkish tea or a Turkish coffee (Turkish coffee taste is unique and an experience to remember) is to die for. I was asked if I wanted to have tea stronger or weaker and I was positively surprised. I value all this because I also worked in a customer service and I expect certain relationship between a customer and a company. Every little detail counts.
