This restaurant was recommended to us and we werenât disappointed; weâre only sorry that we didnât know about it until the last night of our stay. The place itself is quirky and situated in an area with a nice feel to it. The staff were warm and welcoming and the canapé given before ordering was a nice touch. My husband had the tagliata which is one of our favourite dishes: the steak was cooked perfectly and he said it was the best tagliata heâs ever had and heâs had a few!I had the salmon which was beautiful. I didnât have a dessert but my husband had the tiramisu and I thought he was going to lick the dish. In summary, the restaurant is beautiful, the service is excellent, the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. We canât wait to return next year.

My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to dinner here one night on our recent holiday in Costa Adeje and it was certainly a night to remember! From the moment we walked in we were blown away by the polite and helpful staff who could not have done more to make us feel welcome and make sure we enjoyed our evening. The food was amazing and we were lucky enough to have booked on a Canarian holiday night so the 5 course tasting menu was full of local dishes and paired with local wines. The chef came out to meet us at the end of the evening which was a really nice touch and we couldn't believe when we left that we had been there nearly 4 hours as the time flew by. We headed down to Almar after visiting a Restaraunt in las Americaâs and having a shocking experience. As soon as we arrived at Almar the service was amazing, waiters and waitresses couldnât have been more happy to help, so cheerful and friendly, we had oysters, clams and lobster linguine all of which was absolutely delicious, and such a reasonable price for such wonderful food and service.
