Interesting place in the centre of Aahus. There is options to be seated in and outside. People recommend the Mussels, and our family of three ordered exactly that. The food was on the table 15 minutes later- which was fine. The furniture outside isnât really comfortable, however nice to watch life passes by. A lot of pedestrians an cyclists. The mussels were fresh, however very plain / boring. No gravy, soup or vegetable. The homemade fries and aioli was above average.Service is something they can work on.Okay toilet. (One unisex)

Every evening has a fixed routine at NO16. All purchases and preparation of ingredients are planned according to the number of orders and therefore we are able to use the freshest ingredients for our concept dinner every single day. 18:30 starts the conce
There are for sure great opportunities in concept cooking, and this restaurant show you the way. Preparations are made in great manner, with care, and the service is almost perfect... Almost, just if you are italian or might be french. We can afford the idea to have our forks and spoon just putted on a nice wood box or to be served at this restaurant level with a paper napkin. However, the food has been delicious and the presentation great as well. They offer you dishes prepared in small china and pots to give you the opportunity to taste what you want in the best way. Coming here for a social dinner all went great. The place is perfect for a great moment, tasting good things and great wine. Enjoy. The closure time is really early for us (south europe), at 9,30 pm!

When visiting restaurant GÃST you will experience Italian-Nordic cuisine, local seasonal produce, and a sustainable approach to both food and people. We serve creatively prepared dishes, where traditional Italian flavors meet modern Nordic thoughts.
Stayed at the hotel and I had looked forward to the resturant's offer of "old Italian food traditions meeting the best of modern Nordic cuisine" - but was disappointed. The resturant advertises that "The pasta is homemade, the ingredients local and the craftsmanship is completed." The pasta might be homemade - but the cook apparently does not know how to cook pasta - nobody wants to eat pasta that is not near to being al dente. The pasta in "Cacio e Pepe" MUST be prefect prepared. The desert was well-composed - but again the cooking was not quite in the top - rabaraber gele had a weird consistency - and the caramel was not present? The staff appeared unattended but professional. However, it was difficult to handle an bill noted to the room. All in all an average experience.

St. Pauls Apothek is a restaurant wich main focus is pairing danish food with cocktails from all over the world....
Visited this restaurant on recommandation from staff at the Moesgaard Museum, and can't say I was disappointed. Orderer the 3 courses with cocktails aside. The menu had a great composition, and the balance with the cocktails was just perfect. Really good, attentive service and cool vibe. Will go back when in Aarhus again.

Set by the narrow city centre canal, this little sister to Substans is a small, rustic bistro with a friendly vibe and a stripped back style. The blackboard menu offers great value, flavoursome cooking which uses organic Danish produce. Dishes are bright
We pre booked and ordered the daily menu which was good for 325dkk however there is an ala carte menu also. We had a delicious salmon is full broth, sourdough warm bread and butter on the side, pork with squash is a delicious meaty gravy for main and danish beer cake and ice cream for desert. I think the cake was slightly overcooked with it being slightly hard, though it tasted lovely. Overall the service was excellent, the atmosphere cosy and the food really tasty. The Norrebro Brown ale was the best beer of the weekend.

We went for the menu with wine and appetizer. The portions were well sized and gennerally quite rich, so we felt full when leaving. As I am allergic to some foods, Møf exhanged the parts I am allergic to without hazzle. All servings were good, but the zuchinni with goat cheese were really great in its own simple way.The place is small, but the acustic are good, so you were still able to talk and hear what is being said.
