I was staying at the Jinjiang Inn associated with this restaurant so I thought I would try it out. What a pleasant surprise; it is excellent. It has very good food and exceptional service. Each group of tables has a waitress standing ready to help you and so the service is really snappy. I had slow cooked beef and potatoes with a gravy style sauce. 88rmb but worth it. In fact this is a better class of restaurant in general and even the included breakfast I had was very good.I read by translating some of the other reviews that the cuisine style is Huiyang/Huaiyang aka Yangzhou and that is a style I really like, delicate, mostly not spicy, a little sweet sometimes but very subtle and well-prepared.As Arnie said: I'll be back.
