Working locally I was recommended to get lunch here , I was very happy the size of serving was generous the flavour and freshness was good, the service was quick and friendly, the price was reasonable,I definitely will eat here again

excellent old style aussie breakfast served hot and plenty of it.the chinese food is good the satay chicken perfect omellettes are a good serving and very tasty.take aways are prompt .owners fantastic.great for a quick meal

We should have left immediately when they asked for payment before you even sat down! Yes, it is a buffet and itâs all you can eat, but quality and freshness was abysmal. The kebabs are made up, chicken, lamb, beef and a smidgen of seafood, and these you cook over the hot coals at your table. Very small pieces of meat and very chewy after they were cooked. Not only was it very noisy, but the large chimney hood over the hot coals on the tables was so low, one had to lean around them to talk to friends on the other side of the table. Also extremely hot and our glasses (plastic) of water and wine also got hot. There were no serviettes, only a box of tissues on each table! To add to the noise level, they had a performer, miming or similar and he was also so loud, one could not talk at all. We like to try new restaurants when they open in the area, but this one is definitely on the Do Not Return register.

A very delicious and enjoyable Chinese Take Away. I reviewed the previous comments and especially the local that only gets Chinese from this restaurant. It certainly didnât disappoint. The entrees of dim sums, prawn toast and sweet chicken and corn soup was amazing. The mains of sweet and sour pork and Mongolian lamb topped off a great choice. The Mongolian lamb had some heat but was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for Chinese in Ettalong.

After being told of this venue about a year ago. I finally went. Located at Ettalong Bowling club, I did not expect much, but basic food. My partner and I was greeted professionally and in a friendly manner. The tables were nicely spaced out. The decor was nicely done with nice big paintings on the wall. The chairs were comfortable. The waiting staff come to you at the table. Also, we have vegan requirements. our friends loved honey and lemon chicken, fried garlic prawns, lamb and beef dishes. We had vegetarian spring rolls and plum sauce, stir fried vegetables in satay sauce, stir fried vegetables with garlic sauce and Singaporean noodles. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and very tasty. I did not need to season my dishes as well which was bonus. The satay sauce was delicious, it had a bit of bite. The portion sizes were large. We had two food takeaway containers. We were charged 30 cents extra for these. The standout dish for me was the banana fritter with chocolate topping. The fritter was delicious, the best I have every tried. Additionally, my husband has asked a staff member, if they could get coconut ice cream in so we could have deep fried ice cream the next time we come in. They will call us and let us know. In sum, this place has an lovely energy. The waiting staff was helpful and served the food in a timely manner. We enjoyed this dining experience.
