HC Way Asian Bistro is a fast, casual restaurant that offers dine-in and delivery services.
This restaurant recently opened in our neighborhood so we were eager to give it a try. I want to recognize the employees, first of all, who were all very nice and answered ALL our questions. I also want to say that this place was exceptionally clean. Perfectly spotless! The food was just ok. Small-ish shrimp, sauces were ok. Bamboo shoots didn't taste too good. But overall, the food wasn't terrible and the prices are really good. We might go back again and order different things to give it another try. They just opened, and might be working out some issues, so, it's too soon to say that we wouldn't return.Thank you to the very nice employees for being so upbeat and cheery as we tried to figure out how to order.

We ate here the weekend after valentines day. Menu has a good assortment. The server was delightful. The food came direct from the kitchen fresh and hot. Atmosphere was good.Thank you for your kind words!
Avoid at all costs.
We get carry out from this restaurant pretty often as 1) it is close to where we live and 2) we love the food!! We have had a variety of items: beef, chicken and vegetable dishes. All have been cooked well and packaged so that nothing spills on top of anything else. We really do appreciate this carry out restaurant.

We've settled on our favorites Pad Tai and Sesame Chicken each have their own flavors, both not too spicy but just enough to add a good flavor. The dining room is nothing outstanding but always kept clean.Service is always friendly and quick.

I grew up in Vancouver, B.C. So I am particularly tough on Chinese restaurants having grown up on some of the best. This place is good, nice for takeaway to a local hotel, but nothing special. However, the staff is really quite nice.

I typically don't like or eat Chinese food, but this is much better than that......chicken stew was delicious, and the Tall Girl liked her (typical) pad thai. Quick friendly service, reasonable prices, and Tsingtao beer! All good! Convenient to our motel off of 161. Our second time there. Place isn't fancy, but so what.
